Exercise 01

Week 01
Today is the first class, its also the first time I use Adobe Illustrator so I was looking forward to this class. We get straight into the class and start our exercise, Mr Hafiz showed us how to use the pen tool to trace out the shapes given to create our vormator. We can't distort the shapes while creating out vormator. The following are the shapes we can use by tracing them.

This is what I came up with, I used every shape except for the Cobra.

Exercise 02
Week 02
Today we had Mr Redzwan teaching us how to shade basic 3D shapes with markers and drawing in perspective. 

Our homework was to shade this blocks robot with 2 different light source directions.

Exercise 03
Week 03
Today we learnt how to shade digitally. Using a pear and we trace it with the pen tool, then separated it with the brush tool and pathfinder.  

I added the third pear with clouds in between the separated parts to make it more interesting.

The second is having a skull on the pear, using the same technique when creating the shadow.

Week 04

We learned to draw expressions with markers with Mr Redzwan.

And here are my charater's expression for our homework.

Week 07
Lines - Manual
Today's class we started off with Mr Redzwan with drawing lines and ways of shading with lines.

Week 07

After Mr Redzwan's class, Mr Hafiz taught us how to shade inside a particular area so the lines only appear inside the area we wanted. We had to do 6 shadings for the pear and here's mine.

Exercise 07
Week 09

We did a clipping mask to add certain texture to a vector shape today and this is what I did. I did this for fun first with the red being an overlay layer.
